Cross Country Skiing

• Darling Hill Road Cross Country Trails
  You can practically step out of your door and onto the network for cross-country skiing. Professionally groomed and tracked by Kingdom Trails Association, these trails offer excellent skiing and majestic scenery. Trails range from beginner to advanced. A map of the Darling Hill Road Cross Country Trails is available at the front desk of the Stepping Stone Spa and Wellness Center.
  
  
• Burke Cross-Country Skiing
  There are over 60 kilometers (lower case) of trails in this snow-rich corner of the Northeast Kingdom, evenly divided between easiest, more difficult and most difficult skiing. All trails are at least 12 feet wide and groomed for classic Nordic and skating.  The loops—1-12km. The Burke Cross Country Skiing Center provides rentals, trail tickets, maps, and repairs, as well as information about history, nature and weather. Located on the Mountain Road in East Burke.
